Dr. Marsha Rosenbaum received Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas in 1986, Masters of Science in Microbiology from the University of Texas in 1988 and a First Level Medical Degree in General Medicine from The Technical University in Aachen, Germany in 2003.

Dr. Rosenbaum has been an independent investment banker since 1999 specializing in the field of biotechnology.  She was also the CEO and CFO of XXX Acquisition Corp. from November 18, 2008 to July 2011. Dr. Marsha Rosenbaum is a sociologist and director of the San Francisco office of the Lindesmith Center. She has been the Principal Investigator grants from the National Institute on Drug Abuse. She has written numerous articles about drug use and abuse, and women. She is a member of the Princeton Working Group on the Future of Drug Use and Alternatives to Drug Prohibition for over 20 years. She is on the Advisory Board of the Drug Research Group of the Michael Harrington Center for Democratic Values and Social Change. Dr. Rosenbaum is also a member of the Editorial Boards of the International Journal on Drug Policy and the Journal of Psychoactive Drugs.
