Ebele is a co-founder and co-director of CannaBizWatch, where they lead the organization's business development and educational program work with cannabis communities of color. They are a Yale MBA graduate committed to using business to foster innovation and racial equity in cannabis. From 2012 - 2014, Ebele served as an NAACP Economics Fellow, working to develop federal and state policies and programs aimed at closing the racial wealth divide. Other professional experiences include working as an analyst at both Ameriprise Financial and Goldman Sachs. Ebele received a joint B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University in 2010. Ebele also spends their time creating autobiographical comic art and reading about afrofuturism.
